Its defining feature is the series of deep arched windows and doors, creating a façade that plays with light and shadow while framing views of greenery.

The design carries the same elegance, with expansive living areas, high ceilings, and a restrained material palette. A standout feature is the marble used in both the kitchen and bathrooms—the bold gray-veined stone appears on the island bench as well as on the vanity countertop, tying spaces together with a sense of continuity.

The apartments open onto garden courtyards and patios, where the arched architecture merges with landscaping. As vegetation matures and cascades over the façade, the complex will further blend into its leafy setting, offering residents a serene living experience with both architectural presence and softness.
