Guess what? I’m not here to sell you a home. I’m here to listen and help you articulate and clarify your thoughts so you get the best possible home.

 

Buying, especially if you’re taking on a mortgage, can be a daunting, nerve-wracking process. I’ve found that buyers often don’t realize just how much work I’ll do for them. I like to say that you’re the quarterback and I’m your offensive line – blocking, tackling and pushing through obstacles – so you can get to the endzone.


I’ve also found that buyers have four main concerns. Do you have them also?

 
      ● Fear of losing out on a home – That they didn’t move fast enough, or make the right offer;
      ● Fear of missing out on a home – Being unaware that a particular home was available to purchase.
      ● Paying too much;
      ● Buying a home with something wrong with it.


Now, you might be asking yourself whether I have a system that solves those concerns, giving you the confidence to make the right decision. Of course I do! The secret is articulating those things that are most important to you, and letting that criteria guide your decision-making, rather than allowing homes for sale at the moment to dictate your direction.
