Condo buyers are getting more choice
For Hillcrest's condo-heavy market, the headline is supply. There were 71 condos and townhomes for sale in 92103 at the end of September, up 29% from 55 a year ago, and months of supply climbed from 2.9 to 4.0. That is the most room condo buyers here have had in a while.
